Technical ServiceNow Expert - IT Operations and Customer Service
Detailed Description of the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with expertise in complex integrations, ITOM (IT Service Management), and CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT (CSM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow application development, customization, and integration.
The selected professional will work closely with our clients to design, develop, and implement tailored solutions using ServiceNow's platform. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet client requirements.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create custom applications utilizing ServiceNow App Engine, taking advantage of all the platform's functionality
* Develop scoped applications for ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and other relevant modules
* Maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and external services
* Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities to enhance application performance
* Apply UI/UX best practices to design and develop ServiceNow Portals
* Design and develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer or Consultant
* Expertise in complex integrations, HRSD, and App Engine
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model 4.0 (CSDM 4)
* Hands-on experience with Service Portal Development, Flow Designer, and traditional workflows
* Experience managing integrations in ServiceNow utilizing table APIs, scripted Web Services, custom REST APIs, and Integration Hub
* Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting – Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, actions, and client/server scripts
* Ability to build dashboards and reports
* Knowledge of App Engine
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working on large-scale projects in banking or financial sectors
* Familiarity with service mapping and discovery in ITOM
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
