We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to collaborate with professors at leading universities, empowering them to integrate JoVE videos seamlessly into their courses.
* Daily Outreach: Establish strong relationships with faculty via regular calls, emails, and product demonstrations to facilitate successful JoVE integrations and enhance product utilization.
* Product Awareness: Deliver informative sessions across existing customer universities and research institutions to boost JoVE adoption and increase its visibility among the academic community.
* Presentation and Engagement: Foster a deeper connection with our customers through engaging presentations at exhibits, conferences, university seminars, workshops, and on-site visits, thereby increasing product engagement and usage.
* Solution Implementation and Support: Ensure seamless implementation support and consistent usage of JoVE resources to strengthen subscription renewal outcomes.
* Customer Feedback: Effectively communicate customer feedback to sales, product, and marketing teams, influencing product decisions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
