Administrative Project Coordinator
This is a fully remote, non-technical project coordination role that requires excellent administrative skills and the ability to work independently.
As an administrative project coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors. You will also be responsible for quality assurance functions, including reviewing documents for accuracy and consistency.
In this role, you will be expected to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. You will need to measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
One of your key responsibilities will be to manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders. This will involve regular communication and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
This role requires fluency in spoken and written English, as you will be working with U.S.-based team members and clients.
