Loyalty Platform Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to drive the implementation of loyalty and marketing automation platforms for LATAM markets.
* Own and prioritize the product backlog for loyalty and marketing automation initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.
* Develop clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
Key requirements include:
* A minimum of 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management principles.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is advantageous.
