Job Description
We're a dynamic team generating $1M+ in monthly revenue through high-volume, high-converting video advertising.
You'll work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously, transforming raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers.
* Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds (pattern interrupts, bold claims)
* Deploy engagement disruptors: kinetic typography, callout graphics
* Optimize pacing for platform algorithms (Meta 9:16, YouTube Shorts)
A/B test visual approaches based on performance data. Post-production excellence includes color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Rapid iteration & testing partner with our Creative Strategist to test new concepts weekly. Expect fast feedback cycles and the need to pivot based on real-time campaign data.
Requirements
* Strong level of fluent English fluency (hard requirement)
* 2+ years editing for DTC/eCommerce brands (beauty, health, or supplements ideal)
* Portfolio demonstrating direct response ads that drove conversions (show us your winners)
Bonus Points
* Experience editing short-form VSLs (2-3+ minutes) or long-form VSLs (25+ minutes)
* Motion design skills (After Effects, Cinema 4D)
