Strategic Account Director, LATAM We seek a dynamic Strategic Account Director to own a portfolio of customer relationships across Brazil and Spanish-speaking LATAM markets. This role is focused on driving product adoption, providing strategic guidance, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. You’ll act as a client's partner and advisor, helping them get the most out of Sensor Tower’s platform while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention. This position is ideal for someone proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about customer success in a data-driven Saa S environment. Compensation: Base salary commission (renewals/upsells) What the Strategic Account Director will do: Manage a portfolio of existing Sensor Tower customers across the LATAM region. Build trusted relationships with key contacts and stakeholders at various levels, from individual users to decision-makers. Drive product adoption through onboarding support, training, and regular value-based check-ins. Monitor product usage and client engagement to identify risks and opportunities. Develop strategic account plans to support retention, expansion, and advocacy. Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Deliver business reviews, performance analysis, and relevant industry insights tailored to each client. Maintain accurate customer records and forecasts using Salesforce and other internal tools. Provide ongoing feedback to internal teams based on customer needs and industry trends. Experience and skills we are looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles in the Saa S or B2 B technology space. Based in Brazil, fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish (written and spoken). Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of business customers, especially in the LATAM region. Experience in the mobile ecosystem, app economy, or analytics platforms is highly desirable. A substantial advantage is familiarity with Sensor Tower or comparable tools. Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Clari, and customer success platforms. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Track record of contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
