Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Product Leader to drive the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and prioritize the product roadmap for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Develop clear project plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in a knowledge base.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
* Ensure seamless integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and uphold data governance best practices.
* Facilitate agile development processes and guarantee timely, value-driven delivery.
Key Qualifications:
* 5-8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing technology or CRM.
* Strong grasp of Agile methodology and project management principles.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – customer data platforms, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is an asset.
