Agile Coach and Scrum Master
The Agile Coach and Scrum Master is a critical role in ensuring the success of our product development teams. This highly skilled professional will facilitate Scrum ceremonies with purpose and discipline, remove impediments swiftly, and coach teams in agile principles and Scrum practices.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to ensure teams remain focused on delivering value each sprint.
* Remove impediments quickly, enabling teams to maintain steady progress and high productivity by identifying and resolving blockers, addressing team dynamics, and providing coaching support as needed.
* Coach teams in agile principles and Scrum practices, promoting ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning through training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
* Act as a trusted liaison between product teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and timely alignment by facilitating regular meetings, creating project plans, and managing stakeholder expectations.
* Guide cross-functional teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery by developing project roadmaps, managing dependencies, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
* Support Product Owners in refining and managing the backlog to ensure clarity and readiness by conducting backlog grooming sessions, creating user stories, and estimating tasks.
* Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and actionable insights by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to processes and tools.
* Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication across all levels by leading regular town hall meetings, facilitating feedback sessions, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
