What You'll Do?
As BD Manager, you will own the full commercial cycle for UniUni's cross-border logistics business in your market (Brazil or Mexico):
* Drive new business acquisition across cross-border e-commerce sellers, platforms, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners shipping into and out of LATAM.
* Design and sell tailored end-to-end solutions covering first-mile pickup, international line-haul (air/sea), customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
* Build and scale a local partner network, including last-mile carriers, customs brokers, bonded warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
* Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, solution design, pricing, contract negotiation, signing, onboarding, and payment collection.
* Develop strategic accounts with high-volume cross-border sellers and platforms, positioning UniUni as their long-term logistics partner.
* Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, customs/regulatory updates, and customer demand to inform global product strategy.
* Represent UniUni at industry events, e-commerce conferences, and seller community gatherings.
