Lead UI/UX and Branding Designer
We're seeking a skilled Lead Designer to spearhead our design team's efforts. This role combines creative direction, team leadership, and hands-on design work.
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading and mentoring a small team of designers;
* Oversight of creative direction across UI/UX, branding, and marketing design;
* Clients presentations and feedback loops;
* Collaborating with founders to translate their vision into design;
* Ensuring designs meet quality standards and align with client goals;
* Supporting the development of internal design processes and culture.
Key qualifications include:
* Fluent English language skills;
* 10+ years of experience in digital design, including UI/UX and branding;
* A strong portfolio showcasing strategic design work across websites, identities, and marketing assets;
* Experience managing or mentoring other designers;
* Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Framer, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Webflow;
* Confident communication and a strong design perspective.
Bonus points for experience designing for SaaS startups, animation/motion design, or systems thinking and ability to build scalable design guidelines.
