What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Participate in sprint ceremonies based on assigned initiatives
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Work with Product Owners to manage backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to ensure timely project completion
What Is Required (Qualifications)
A four-year college degree and/or a minimum of three years of IT relevant work experience
Understanding of Agile methodology
Experience working in a Scrum environment
Professional experience in the PBM and/or pharmacy industry
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Agile or Scrum Master training
Continuous deployment experience
Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA
