As a mobile developer, you will:
 * Design, develop, and maintain frontend application features for cross-platform mobile services.
 * Follow industry standards, using standard technologies such as BTP Mobile Services, Mobile Development Kit, JavaScript, TypeScript, Visual Studio Code, Xcode, Android Studio, SQL, Ultralite DB, Appium, Java, Business Application Studio, GitHub, CI/CD with Hyperspace Fastlane, OData Services, Gateway, S/4HANA system, etc.
 * Actively collaborate with product managers to clarify customer problems and feature requirements.
 * Work with UX designers to ensure seamless and visually appealing user experiences following design guidelines for each platform: iOS, Android, and Windows, and Figma design for the application.
Maintain high performance and responsiveness of developed features. Collaborate with integration service developers to align on OData Service features and requirements, ensuring seamless integration in frontend logic.
Use the S/4HANA system and its business processes (Plant Maintenance, Quality Management, Material Management, Inventory Management, Extended Warehouse Management, Work Clearance Management, etc.) and data objects (Work Order, Notification, PM Confirmation, Timesheet, Service Order, Service Confirmation, Service Quotation, Equipment, Functional Location, Material Master, etc.). Set up necessary test data in S/4HANA, perform end-to-end testing, and validate developed features against S/4HANA.
Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UI automation test scripts for developed features.
Collaborate with quality engineers on issues reported, debug, identify, and fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
Provide sufficient documentation on features developed and collaborate with technical writers to provide information on product features developed for use in product documentation.
Follow agile development principles and best practices during development.
Participate in daily scrums and participate in backlog grooming, providing good-quality effort estimates.
Investigate and resolve assigned customer incidents from incident tracking software, following standard customer incident support processes, ensuring timely investigation, proper communication with customers, proper documentation, and resolution of issues within standard SLA based on criticality of customer incidents.
Create necessary tracking issues for feature requests and resolutions.
Maintain communication and documentation in English and communicate properly with lead developers and project managers on vacation or absence to ensure minimum impact to project timelines.
