We move fast, think big, and value trust, integrity, and competitive greatness.Role OverviewWe're looking for a full time high-performance Executive Assistant / Operator who can act as the founder's strategic right hand. This is not a typical admin role — you'll be expected to solve problems, manage workflows, and drive revenue by ensuring the founder's time and mind space are optimized.You'll handle project coordination, research, marketing follow-ups, CRM/data accuracy, and investor/client communication. You must be resourceful, systems-oriented, and proactive — with sharp communication skills and a strong understanding of sales funnels, business KPIs, and growth levers .Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Workflow Management: Prioritize founder's schedule daily. Filter, organize, and prep context for all meetings.Lead & CRM Management: Keep CRMs organized.
