The Account Manager is responsible for selling software solutions and services to new and existing customers, while developing pipeline to drive revenue expansion.
Responsibilities include:
* Regional sales development and territory optimization
* Achieving or surpassing quota targets
* Developing tailored opportunity/account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
* Establishing and maintaining key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts
* Creating overviews, presentations, and coordinating high-level functional product demonstrations for new and existing accounts
* Participating in the development of assigned regions, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
* Contributing to the development and delivery of comprehensive business cases to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points
* Adhering to a disciplined approach in maintaining a rolling pipeline, keeping it current and moving up the pipeline curve
* Supporting all company promotions and events in assigned regions
* Maintaining accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce system
Skills and qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish
* 2-4 years' experience in software sales
* Customer-focused results-driven communicator with high energy and ability to work effectively as an individual contributor or within a team
