Job Description:
We are seeking an analytical individual to support our Learning Management System (LMS) team in optimizing human resource processes. The ideal candidate will assist with system configuration, data management, and reporting, contributing to the overall effectiveness of LMS operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in administering and configuring SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management.
2. Have a consultative approach towards LMS management by providing improvement ideas and suggestions.
3. Support data entry, data management, and data integrity within the SuccessFactors system.
4. Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to analyze LMS metrics and support decision-making.
5. Collaborate with LMS team members to streamline processes and improve user experience within the system.
6. Participate in user training sessions and provide support to end-users as needed.
7. Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or SuccessFactors support for resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in one or more modules preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with LMS processes and practices is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
