Every way.Job SummaryWith the objective of structuring functions separately by brand, these roles are aligned with the company's needs and strategic direction. This position will allow us to provide greater focus on Retail operations and strengthen relationships with Formalizers, Dealers, and Financial Agents — ensuring greater agility and responsiveness at the front line (Retail). Considering that AGCO's goals are becoming increasingly ambitious, it is essential to enhance autonomy and enable faster decision-making, particularly in negotiations with Formalizers, Dealer Network Owners, and Financial Agents. The scope includes 60 headquarters across MF/VT and Fendt, and approximately 303 branches, as well as directors and superintendents from banks and financial institutions.
