Responsibilities
Receives a high level of technical definition and translates it into language technique.Ability to evaluate the effort of the activities requested.Provide support on the product/systemRecognized for the highest level of technical knowledge.Be a technical reference for other developersProvide technical guidance for small teamsDevelop software, collect information and verify the viability of the implementation.Responsible for attending the tasks regarding customer support.Responsible for attending change requests/feature enhancements - refining requirements and assisting them in progressing the requirement through the release management process.Record Metrics for monthly reporting of the team's performance.Work with other engineering functions from design to production to implement test procedures for systems and equipment.Document the procedures and recommendations for all phases of product tests.Develop Testing Automation.Creates Documentation as needed.Code review and code refactoring.Create, execute, and enhance tests, from unit tests to integration tests, functional tests, test automation, and test cases to cover existing features and bug fixes.Responsible for product quality, ensuring that all deliveries are properly tested and do not introduce issues or side effects.Demonstrate strong analytical skills to investigate complex issues, isolate root causes, and provide data‑driven recommendations for long‑term solution
