About the Role
This is a Senior Product Designer position where you will define and lead design experiences across three core products—web and mobile. You will take ideas from concept to completion, conducting research and usability testing sessions, gathering feedback, and refining designs.
You will work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial in this role.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver and learner with good taste in visual design. A strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces is required.

Work Expectations
The team is distributed, but generally located in North and South America (United States and Brazil). Work hours are flexible, but regular meetings are expected to be attended. Collaboration during general daytime hours is necessary. The team relies heavily on Figma, Slack, Linear, and Notion for collaboration.
Though the role is full-time, it will be paid as a contractor. To enable this, the company will work with individuals who already have a company set up in Brazil or help set up a company to be compensated.
