Base pay range $65,500.00/yr - $98,000.00/yr Position Summary What you'll do: Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates. Implement the business plan for your area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Monitor and manage productivity by reviewing and analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates, monitoring compliance, and supporting documentation. Address associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening and consulting to determine corrective actions. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development. Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience, or Bachelor's Degree in related fields, or 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience, or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience, or 2 years supervisory experience. Completion of required training is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office, supervising associates, and Walmart Logistics Management. Bachelors in Business or Logistics preferred.
