Job Opening: Financial ERP Specialist
To maintain alignment with Gallagher's IT Policy, ensure compliance of financial applications including JDE and Trintech.
* Develop strategic plans to enforce adherence to IT standards and best practices in user management processes.
* Evaluate System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports to verify vendor and application compliance and identify potential risks.
* Experience in designing and developing software solutions within JDE.
* Strong working relationships with third-party vendors for implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
* Hands-on knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies.
* Financial acumen, including an understanding of key accounting, financial management, and analysis processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, revenue recognition, budgeting, and bank interfaces.
* Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and Project.
* Relevant experience with technology project support.
* Proficiency in one or more of the following applications: JDE, Trintech Cadency, Workiva, Cognos Analytics, OneStream, Varicent.
* Familiarity with Single Sign-On and Identity Management solutions.
* Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
* Intermediate SQL query skills.
* Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations.
* Collaborative work experience with off-shore or remote development/support teams.
