Job Title: Senior Product Designer
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Senior Product Designer. As a key member of our design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our software solutions for senior living communities.
You will be responsible for defining and leading the design experiences across three core products, including web and mobile platforms. Your expertise will help take ideas from concept to completion, ensuring seamless and intuitive user interfaces.
We are looking for a skilled problem solver who can effectively communicate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, scoped appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role.
In addition to your technical skills, you will have a strong bias for action and a scrappy attitude towards the product development process. Flexibility and willingness to pivot are key to success in this fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces. Experience designing for similar users (e.g., nurses, senior care professionals) is preferred.
