Technical Talent Acquisition Expert
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our talent acquisition team.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
Key Qualifications:
1. 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
2. Proven ability to recruit for Information Technology roles.
3. Understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals.
