Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for Senior Manager, Procurement Global IT Infrastructure (Information Security Risk Management) located in Raritan, New Jersey. The position can also be located in Titusville, NJ; Tampa, FL or Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The Senior Manager, Procurement Global IT Infrastructure is responsible for leading a Procurement organization in support of approximately $900 million in spend for Johnson & Johnson Companies. This spend is medium to high complexity in nature and requires close collaboration with key stakeholders within the business to execute. This individual will identify, develop, and direct the implementation of Procurement goals and strategy. Plan and direct the organization's activities and deliver against targets for financial performance, quality, and service and compliance adherence. This person will also provide Global and Regional Leadership for developing end-to-end category leadership such as category strategy development, maintaining key relationships within the business and managing key supplier relationships. The position must shape, connect, and lead resources to deliver on key projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Category Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for information security products and services that align with ISRM objectives.
- ** Market Analysis**:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the information security landscape.
- ** Supplier Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts that deliver value and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, and compliance, to define procurement needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- ** Cost Management**: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and service delivery standards.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor supplier performance and category performance; take corrective actions as necessary.
- ** Risk Assessment**: Conduct risk assessments of suppliers and outsourced services to ensure they meet the required security standards.
- ** Market Trends**:Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in information security to inform procurement strategies and decision-making.
- ** Contract Management**: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals to ensure favorable terms and conditions are established.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare and present reports on category performance, supplier performance, and market insights to senior management.
**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 8 years of experience in category management, procurement, or sourcing, with a focus on information security or IT services is required
- ** Certifications**: Professional certifications in procurement (e.g., CPM, CPSM) or information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
- ** Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
- Familiarity with information security best practices and compliance standards.
