OverviewExperienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. You will help us find engineers to work in Sweden, support relocation, and coordinate with cross-border teams.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit engineers for clients in Sweden across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about benefits of living and working in Sweden.Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).Collaborate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.RequirementsAt least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.Solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.High quality and brand awareness.Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.Upper intermediate English.Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.Self-driven, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.Resilient and persistent, able to handle rejection and keep trying.Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.Responsive and professional appearance.Engagement DetailsExtent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months.Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
