Seek Service Desk Agent who wants to learn and transform their career.
In this role you will need to have:
• Expertise in responding to incidents reported by users through the helpline or incident registration platform;
• Log all helpline calls and log the incident on the ticket registration platform.
• Attend in loco to the user's incidence reporting problems with the computer equipment of the Workstation.
• Forward each incident (ticket) to the corresponding resolution group for prompt service.
• Advise users seeking support on processes unrelated to workstation issues.
• Receive and document service failures reported by users regarding the service of the different problem solving groups.
• Monitor each ticket generated so that it is attended within the levels agreed with each resolution group according to the service catalog.
• Report in real time a problem or failure in applications that affects a group of users with the same problem to be treated as a major incident.
• Review service levels and proactively execute improvement measures in the event of a drop in service performance.
Prerequisites:
• Good communication in advanced Portuguese/English;
• Property to provide the best service;
• Track record for infrastructure and AMS as well.
