The mandate
Grow and develop key accounts across Building & Construction and Distribution
Drive new business through new customers, new products and new applications
Lead commercial negotiations and long-term agreements
Increase market share and strengthen customer intimacy
Act as the commercial voice of the customer internally
The profile
Commercial background in rolled aluminium or rolled non-ferrous metals
Proven experience selling into Building & Construction and/or Distribution
Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, pricing and margins
Confident negotiator with a structured, proactive sales approach
International mindset; fluent English required
