ResponsibilitiesProvides high-level administrative support to leaders and teams. Works independently with minimal supervision and has full authority to support assigned leaders. Uses good judgment to manage priorities and daily work.Provide professional administrative support by independently managing tasks and priorities.Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesSchedule meetings and events, book rooms, arrange catering, and manage visitors.Coordinate department events and special projects from start to finish.Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Act as a main point of contact for leaders, teams, and internal/external partners.Solve problems proactively and make decisions when the leader is unavailable.Manage calendars, time, and changing priorities effectivelyArrange complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries.Use Microsoft Office and other business systems efficiently; quickly learn new tools.Prepare expense (TER) reporting and ensure compliance with company policies.Promote company safety standards and serve as a safety contact when needed.Supervise or delegate work to other administrative staff when required.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree.Fluent English (written and spoken).Spanish proficiency is desirable.
