Job Description:
* Plan and execute daily work tasks based on work lists and schedules for all service technicians.
* Understand each task scope, read and validate, and deliver work instructions. Assist supervisors and be responsible for verifying the availability of all necessary tools and parts before the actual working day, while performing regular safety checks on equipment and tools that work synergistically with the Scheduler and Stockeeper.
* Inform the supervisor of daily tasks in the field.
* Document and transmit client requirements or requests to the local supervisor.
* Participate actively in Quality, SMS, and Environmental awareness.
* Participate in daily team information sessions as well as comply with local safety protocols.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar courses.
* Minimum 3 years of experience working in a commercial-industrial mechanical or electrical environment.
* Leadership skills.
* Problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
* Knowledge of Quality Tools.
* Valid driver's license.
