Responsibilities for This Position
* Use technology and critical thinking to lead high-quality decisions
* Contribute to a continuous process improvement environment
* Understand and apply accounting fundamentals and principles to operational and closing activities
* Provide financial analysis support for the business
* Assist with accounting support, reconciliation analysis
* Strive for process efficiencies, adding value in all activities
* Build engaging and meaningful relationships with internal partners and external customers
Required Experience and Qualifications
* Minimum 4 years of finance or accounting work experience
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Adaptability to change
* Enjoy working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
* Teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Finance or Accounting
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, curiosity about latest technologies
* Experience with automation and productivity tools
* Experience with SAP, JDE
What You'll Do

* Capital budgeting and cost analysis
* Accounting and regulatory reporting
* Financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting
* Finance/accounting counsel and consulting
* Internal controls and compliance
* Liaising with other finance divisions
* Tracking accountability and scorecard metrics
* Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and reporting
* Corporate and excise tax
* Credit activities
* Month-end close activities
* Account reconciliations
