You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.About the JobA great opportunity to work for an inclusive and diverse organization.If you are looking for a role to help you grow and develop your skills, we would like to hear from you.Main ActivitiesAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of the Alfa Laval Decanter portfolio within the Ethanol Industry, mainly in Corn Ethanol.Travel all over Brazil to make commercial and technical visits and develop close relationships with potential customers.Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services within the Decanter portfolio.Analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure pipeline building.Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions with customers, understanding customer needs and highlighting the value of our products and services.Run the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools. Build and maintain a sufficient network at customers.Develop highly profitable quotes reflecting customer needs, stressing unique selling points and following up to achieve a high hit-rate.Use the CRM tool and other tools consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and inform decision-making.Work proactively and structured with sales to optimize sales efficiency.Complementary InformationAvailability to travel up to 75% of the time for commercial and technical visits to potential customers all around Brazil.The position is preferably based in Mato Grosso or São Paulo, but exceptions will also be evaluated depending on candidate match with the position.You will be reporting to the Sales Manager of the Separation Business Unit, Gustavo Luz.
