Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, conducting technical assessments, candidate presentations, and closing.
Facilitate the organization and execution of candidate interviews with clients, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
Conduct candidate negotiations and initiate the hiring process.
Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the specific requirements of each client and vacancy.
Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year focused on Full Life Cycle Recruiting in the IT sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong self-management and independent working capabilities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years) in the field.
Advanced proficiency in English.
