Job Title
The Director of Salesforce Implementation will lead a cross-functional team of professionals across the US and LATAM in delivering top-notch Salesforce projects.
This position oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects to meet client expectations and quality standards.
* Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a team of experienced Salesforce professionals.
o Provide coaching, one-on-one support, growth planning, and performance management.
o Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery.
* Project Delivery and Oversight:
o Oversee all Salesforce implementation projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and integrations.
o Conduct regular project reviews to ensure progress, scope alignment, and adherence to timelines.
