* Guide cross-functional teams in planning, estimation, prioritization, and adaptive delivery.
* Support Product Owners in refining and managing the backlog to ensure clarity and readiness.
* Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and actionable insights.
* Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and open communication across all levels.
* Manage risks, dependencies, and team dynamics with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
