Expert Ruby on Rails Developer Wanted
We seek an experienced developer with a deep understanding of Ruby on Rails to take charge of web application development and ensure scalable architecture.
* Deliver robust, effective solutions to business problems by leveraging your expertise in software development.
* Use your extensive knowledge of Ruby on Rails to design and develop scalable web applications.
* Collaborate closely with the team through coding, brainstorming, and scoping sessions.
* More than 5 years of software development experience.
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Ruby and Rails (full stack).
* Strong expertise in Postgres and Redis.
* Deep experience in designing, developing, configuring, optimizing, integrating, and analyzing web applications.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with Agile practices, and be comfortable working on distributed teams. The selected individual should also be knowledgeable about performance optimization and integration.
Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
