**Customer Support Trainee Program Overview**
Job Description:
This rotational development program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support, product portfolio, and essential business skills. The trainee will work with various teams, including data analytics, engineering, IT, and Precision Planting, to build a professional network.
The program includes group development activities such as facilities tours, customer visits, hands-on farming and machinery experience, continual education, mentorship, and professional development workshops.
As a member of the team, you will contribute to problem investigation of machinery, technical support for dealers, and develop and deliver technical training. Travel requirements are approximately <70% for meetings, training, rotations, and events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to machinery issues.
* Provide technical assistance and coaching to dealers.
* Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Technology, Agricultural Sciences, or relevant field.
* Familiarity with applied hydraulics, engines, drivetrains, electrical systems, electronics, and air conditioning systems.
* Advanced English (mandatory) and Advanced Spanish (desirable).
