About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
As the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, you will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
You will also manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
In addition, you will support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, monitor and maintain endpoint security, and conduct regular software updates and security patching.
Key Responsibilities
