About the Role
We are seeking a driven, curious individual to join our client's team as an Account Executive.
In this role, you will work closely with the Account Management team, supporting the growth and management of key client relationships while gaining practical experience and building a strong foundation in account management.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
* Work alongside senior team members to understand client objectives and contribute to solutions that improve engagement and retention
* Coordinate with internal teams such as product, marketing, compliance, and tech to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
* Assist in tracking and analysing client performance, identifying patterns and opportunities for optimisation
* Ensure all client-related activities align with regulatory standards and responsible gaming principles
* Support adherence to compliance frameworks and responsible gaming policies across all client interactions
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales or account management (B2B) in the iGaming industry
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and extract insights
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
* Fluency in English
