Match Growth & Revenue is looking for a Quantitative Analyst to join their newly formed Data Science pod. This role applies insights to identify wins across our portfolio (including Match, OKCupid, and PlentyOfFish), drives business impact through analysis of test results and ecosystem trends, collaborates with Product and Development teams, and conducts quantitative research on how users find love. We work IRL in our Dallas office two days per week.We believe that the connection starts online, but the real magic happens IRL — and so do our best works.
