Your Role

Ensures the implementation of Sales guidelines and sets the sales targets for the assigned sales organization.
Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s).
Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting.
Defines and allocates resources.
Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
Initiates and contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects.
May support strategic key customers' business development.
Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
Includes jobs mainly focusing on the transactional part of the selling process, such as Sales Professionals and Sales Manager who are responsible for the sales in an area/region, a defined portfolio or a cluster of customers. These jobs are accountable for closing a deal with the
Responsible for the realization of sales and profit targets consistent with business strategy. Tasks include managing key customers and customer relationships, developing sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals, acting as voice of the customers internally.

Your Expertise

Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences, or related); MBA/postgraduate is a plus.
Advanced English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a strong advantage for Brazil coverage.
Proven commercial leadership in B2B healthcare/medtech across Latin America (preferably Interventional Oncology): setting sales guidelines and targets, developing budgets and growth forecasts, managing sales reporting, and allocating resources.
Distributor management expertise: selecting, contracting, onboarding, and steering distributor performance; building coverage and capability; managing pricing, compliance, inventory/demand planning; negotiating and closing deals with/through distributors and key accounts.
Cross‑functional and customer leadership: partnering with Marketing, Product Management, and Project/Clinical teams on strategic and tactical positioning; acting as the voice of the customer; leading and developing teams; consistently delivering sales and profit targets.
