* Veterinary Specialty Hospital, North County
* Urgent Care, Rancho Penasquitos
* Pacific Care, Irvine
* Animal Emergency Clinic, Grand Terrace
This position is in-person and onsite, requiring regular travel between hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
* Empowerment and Support: Serve as the HR resource for employees and managers, fostering an inclusive culture and addressing concerns promptly.
* Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs and anticipate challenges.
* Employee Relations: Manage complex employee issues, conduct investigations, and collaborate with legal counsel as needed.
* Performance Enhancement: Coach leaders, facilitate reviews, and promote fair treatment.
* Compliance and Analytics: Maintain legal compliance and utilize data for strategic insights.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years in an HR/Generalist role; California HR certification preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems; Ceridian experience advantageous.
* Proactive problem solver, capable of handling multiple priorities.
* Strong HR principles knowledge and emotional intelligence.
Compensation
$80,000 - $90,000 base salary, plus up to 10% bonus based on performance.
