Business Development Representative


About this role:

* A team of self-starters centered on being resourceful, accountable, and results-focused.
* Career progress is based on merit and not years of service or attaining certifications.



Key Responsibilities:

The Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in the overall pipeline and growth of our company.



Responsibilities:

1. Maintain high call volume daily (80-100 calls)
2. Develop leads in prospect accounts to generate interest in solutions.
3. Gather prospects' needs and understand their initiatives related to solutions.
4. Discover new software opportunities by calling targeted prospect accounts
5. Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities each month
6. Develop and deliver high-level product presentations to clients.
7. Participate in the development of accounts, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
8. Collaborate with account managers when prospecting accounts and creating opportunities.
