Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to lead high-level productions from concept through delivery. This full-time, on-site role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in the film or television industry, capable of managing multiple projects, guiding creative teams, and ensuring all deliverables meet the studio’s standards of excellence.
As a Senior Producer, you will work closely with directors, clients, and crew to oversee creative development, budgeting, scheduling, and post-production—ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all phases of video production, including pre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production
* Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal production team
* Collaborate with writers, directors, cinematographers, and editors to maintain creative vision
* Oversee casting, location scouting, permits, equipment scheduling, and shoot logistics
* Ensure production teams follow all safety, legal, and compliance protocols
* Supervise shoots on-site and provide real-time problem solving and leadership
* Review and approve scripts, treatments, edits, and final deliverables
* Monitor production milestones and communicate status updates to stakeholders
* Mentor junior producers and production coordinators as needed
Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional experience as a producer in film, television, commercial, or branded content
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex productions
* Strong understanding of production workflows, including pre-pro, field production, and post
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Strong creative sensibility and ability to collaborate with both clients and creatives
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with production planning tools and budgeting software
* Ability to travel for shoots and work flexible hours based on production schedules
* Experience managing union and non-union crews is a plus
