As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the first line of defense for our customers, handling support tickets and providing timely, effective solutions. You'll also work closely with our engineering team to reproduce and resolve problems, collaborate with sales, solution architecture, and field engineering teams to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for product improvement, and contribute to our vibrant community by writing technical blog posts, creating documentation, and sharing your expertise.
