Join us in shaping the future of work.Overview of the roleThe Talent Knowledge Content Designer position focuses on being the sole owner of the Talent Acquisition knowledge ecosystem, with real autonomy to shape how hundreds of employees access and experience critical process information. This role involves transforming raw process knowledge into beautifully structured, visually compelling Confluence pages that people actually want to read. You'll collaborate directly with a forward-thinking Learning team that is actively revamping how knowledge is built and shared, with exposure to tools like EdApp, NotebookLM, and AI-assisted content creation.Key responsibilities- Owning and administering the TA Confluence space, maintaining structure, page hierarchy, naming conventions, and ensuring all content is up to date, correctly formatted, and easy to navigate for all users.- Receiving process documentation from the Process Documentation Expert and transforming it into polished, structured Confluence pages using visual aids, diagrams, workflows, and clear formatting that makes content engaging and easy to consume.- Creating visual content including process flow diagrams, quick-reference guides, infographics, and summary decks to complement written documentation and reinforce comprehension.- Prioritizing updates in Confluence based on usage and impact.- Researching and proposing new tools, templates, or formats that improve knowledge accessibility and the overall visual quality of TA documentation for both new joiners and current employees.Requirements- Content Design Experience: 2-4 years of experience in content design, knowledge management, instructional design, or equivalent roles.- Platform Management: 2+ years managing or publishing documentation platforms, with Confluence strongly preferred.- Visual Content Creation: Proven experience creating visual content including diagrams, process flows, and infographics.- Process Translation: Experience translating complex process documentation into clear, engaging content.- Confluence Proficiency: Proficiency with Confluence including publishing, formatting, and structuring spaces and pages.- Design Tools: Intermediate level experience with visual design tools such as Canva, Figma, or equivalent.- Diagramming Tools: Experience with diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, draw.io, Miro, or similar.- Google Workspace: Proficiency with Google Workspace including Docs, Slides, and Drive.- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.Additional skills preferred- Industry Experience: Previous experience in an HR Tech, People Ops, or Learning & Development environment.- Project Coordination: Experience coordinating cross-functional content projects or managing a content backlog.- IA and UX Principles: Familiarity with Information Architecture (IA) or UX writing principles.- Learning Tools: Knowledge of EdApp, NotebookLM, or similar tools.- AI Tools: Experience with AI-powered content tools.- Technical Skills: Basic HTML/CSS for Confluence page customization.- Video Production: Video editing or screen recording experience with Loom, Camtasia, or similar tools.Benefits:- Flexibility: Choose where and how you work for enhanced creativity and innovation.- Tailored Compensation: Personalize your earnings to suit your financial goals.- Tech-Driven Tools: Access cutting-edge resources for seamless collaboration and productivity.- Autonomous Workflow: Take control of your schedule to achieve work-life balance.- Well-being: Enjoy generous leave policies for rest and rejuvenation.- Diversity & Inclusion: Thrive in a diverse and inclusive environment.- Collaboration: Engage with industry leaders for collective growth.- Development: Access mentorship and growth opportunities for continuous advancement.If you are interested in being part of a team composed of the best professionals and working 100% goal-oriented in an innovative environment, but with the structure and resources of a multinational market leader, do not hesitate to apply!
