**Job Summary**
The Learning Specialist is responsible to identify, coordinate, and provide direction to various learning resources, setting priorities and managing efforts related to learning delivery to ensure personnel training and staff development programs are conducted in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
You will be responsible for coordinating a trainee project for our automotive client.
**Main Activities**:
- Coordinating - together with the client's Talent Acquisition area - the annual selection process for the trainee program
- Coordinating the work related to the program (training, consultancy), as well as monitoring its execution
- Issuing reports on the Project's performance and attendance at proposed projects
- Issuing feedback reports to Project's in the event that they leave the program (before the period) and/or GM
- Conducting and coordinating monthly meetings with the trainees and the Program Council, setting agendas and following up
- Monitoring and managing the Project Development Program, together with any consultants
- Planning and executing Project and leadership interaction activities
- Planning and executing the Project's onboarding and graduation activities
- Aligning the calendar of internal and external activities, informing the functional areas and treainees
- Leading and coordinating the annual event: agenda, guests, programming, coordination with the events company, among other activities
- Maintaining the database and history related to the Program
- Ensuring that the functional areas organize technical training for adaptation and development during the rotation
- Defining the content grid for Leaders to participate in activities carried out internally or externally
- Monitoring the work and role of TRACK Alumni (former TRACKs)
- Follow up with the functional areas on the participation of trainees and Leaders (where applicable) in the activities carried out, in accordance with the defined timetable
- Coordinating program evaluation surveys
- Coordinating discussions on the results of the surveys with the Council and leaders
- Coordinating discussions on the results of the surveys with the trainees
- Presenting program indicators to the leadership
- Other activities related to the management of the Trainees Program
**Qualifications**
- Two years of experience as HRBP or with training programs (trainees)
- Degree in Human Resources, Administration or related areas
- Office tools proficiency (intermediate to advanced Excel)
- Advanced English required

- Power BI knowledge
- Spanish (intermediate or high)
