Job Title: Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy web applications using Ruby on Rails.
* The ideal candidate will have strong experience with web development, particularly in the areas of:
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails and its associated frameworks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
* Work closely with QA engineers to ensure that applications meet the required standards.
* Deploy and configure applications on various AWS services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, CloudFront, and CloudWatch.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in building and deploying commercial web applications.
* Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and related technologies.
* Deep understanding of relational database theory and SQL.
* Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
* Relevant B.Sc./B.A. degree or equivalent experience.
* Bonus: Previous experience in the North American logistics industry is a plus.
