 
        
        As a Visual Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in driving growth through emotion-led ad creative. Our best ads spark nostalgia and feeling—the message lives in the visuals, pacing, and music, not long copy.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Developing scroll-stopping hooks and storyboards from insights
 * Building concise briefs for UGC creators/editors; sourcing and managing creators
 * Guiding editing to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR
 * Launching rapid tests; reading performance and iterating fast
Additional qualifications include:
 * Proven record of video ads that convert
 * Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative
 * Comfortable with data: can read a dashboard and decide the next test
 * UGC + short-form paid social experience (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus)
