Key Responsibilities: Responsible for entering orders into the system, following up on orders with inconsistencies, providing support to customers and colleagues, opening picking lists for released orders, negotiating with customers on logistical matters related to the order, and monitoring and updating customer order delivery dates in the system based on import forecasts. What you will do • Enter customer orders into the system • Monitor on a daily basis the materials pending from imports and update the expected delivery dates of Sales Orders • Open picking lists • Negotiate with customers regarding possible early deliveries or delays • Collect orders from purchasing portals • Respond to customer follow‑ups regarding their orders • Perform follow‑up on pending orders • Provide support to customers within your area of responsibility • Provide support to sales representatives within your area of responsibility • Train and support new team members • Comply with ISO 9001, 14000 and EHS standards and procedures in accordance with periodic training Who you will work with Internal: All areas External: Sales representatives and customers What you need to succeed in this role Minimum of two years of experience with ERP systems and customer handling Strong negotiation skills Good communication skills Interpersonal relationship skills Planning & Organization Time management Teamwork Proactivity Skills/Experience: Ser proativa para coletar todas as informações com as áreas envolvidas para dar suporte aos vendedores e clientes.
