We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Technical Recruiter. This position involves partnering with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and requirements, sourcing and recruiting top talent across Europe and Latin America.
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to identify key requirements for technical and non-technical roles.
* Utilize expert knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends to source qualified candidates.
* Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for candidates.
* Create and maintain talent pipelines for in-demand positions, staying up-to-date on regional hiring trends and market insights.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure data accuracy in applicant tracking systems.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably with a focus on IT.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
* Upper-Intermediate + level of English and willingness to adapt to various time zones.
