Job Overview :
The Digital Delivery Coordinator at WSI will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns delivered through the WSI Corporate Store and WSI HUB. The role involves maintaining high customer/client satisfaction by ensuring the performance and quality of digital product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and content writing for digital marketing. While SEO and content are primary focus areas, the coordinator will also support other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
Responsibilities :
1. Maintain client satisfaction by delivering quality work within set timeframes.
2. Coordinate the delivery of digital marketing products, including SEO, through external vendors and internal processes, tech, and tools.
3. Provide accurate reporting and analytical data as required.
4. Deliver projects based on KPIs and quality metrics.
5. Resolve delivery issues professionally and promptly.
6. Operate within a project management system (preferably ClickUp) to ensure organization and efficiency.
7. Manage priorities effectively.
8. Participate in daily team check-ins to report progress and issues.
9. Set realistic timelines for deliverables and communicate delays to stakeholders.
10. Drive projects forward and escalate obstacles to management.
Skills / Qualifications :
1. Post-secondary education preferred but not mandatory.
2. Basic understanding of SEO, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and AI-driven search trends (e.g., SGE, AI-generated search results).
3. Strong content writing skills; experience with web content, ad copy, and SEO-driven articles is advantageous.
4. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc., is preferred.
5. Google Ads certification is a plus.
6. Proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to overcome obstacles.
7. Experience with project management tools like ClickUp is preferred.
8. Highly organized with effective systems and tools.
9. Persistent, eager to improve skills, and goal-oriented.
